How do I join my teacher’s class?

Ask your teacher for the class invite code, then enter it on the Classes page and select Join. Your teacher approves the request before the class opens for you.

How to do it

  1. Sign in to Langsly. If you do not have an account yet, create one first.
  2. Open Classes in the sidebar. You can also use the invite code box on your Dashboard.
  3. Type the code in Enter invite code (up to 8 characters) and select Join.
  4. Wait for your teacher to approve. Until then the class card shows Withdraw Request; after approval it shows View Class.
  5. If your teacher sent a join link instead, open it while signed in. You will see Request sent to your teacher.

Frequently asked questions

What if it says Invalid invite code?
Check the code with your teacher. Codes are 8 characters, and your teacher may have replaced the old one with Regenerate.
My teacher invited me. What do I do?
Open Classes and select Approve on the class card. Select Decline if the invitation is not for you.
Why do I not see any classes to browse?
The class list shows classes in your target language. Set your learning language in your profile to see matching classes.
