Delete your Langsly account

1. Sign in to Langsly in the Android app or on the website.
2. Open your profile and select the Settings tab.
3. Under Delete account, choose Delete my account.
4. Enter your username and confirm permanent deletion.

This deletes the Langsly account, the linked sign-in identity, and data associated with the account, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or backup expiration.

If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include your Langsly username if known. We will verify ownership before completing the request.

Account details, profile settings, learning progress, classroom participation, social activity, uploaded content, and authentication links associated with the account are deleted from active Langsly systems. Information that must be retained for a legitimate legal or security reason is isolated and retained only as long as necessary.
