How do I choose what to learn?
Right after you sign up, Langsly walks you through a short setup where you pick the language you speak and the language you want to learn. Langsly teaches Spanish for English speakers and English for Spanish speakers.
How to do it
- Select Get Started on the welcome screen, then choose Student under Who are you?
- Enter your First Name and Last Name and select Continue.
- Under What language do you speak?, choose English or Spanish for the app.
- Choose the explanation language, or keep Match my app language.
- Under What do you want to learn?, pick your target language, choose an avatar or Skip, and select Start Learning!
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a placement test or level choice?
- No. Everyone starts on the learning path for their target language and moves through it in order.
- Can I change my choice later?
- Yes. Open Profile > Settings and change the Target language.
- I am a teacher. Is setup different?
- Choose Teacher instead of Student. You can then set up your first class, and setup ends on the teacher dashboard.
