How do I change my language settings?
Open Profile > Settings. In Personal info you can change the Interface language, the Target language you are learning, and the Explanation language. Each change saves right away.
How to do it
- Open the menu under your avatar in the header and select Profile.
- Choose the Settings tab and find the Personal info card.
- Under Interface language, choose English or Spanish to change the language of menus and buttons.
- Under Target language, select the language you want to study.
- Under Explanation language, keep Follow interface language or select Choose manually to pick the language for hints, prompts, and feedback.
Frequently asked questions
- Does changing the interface translate my course?
- No. The interface language, the language you learn, and the explanation language are separate choices.
- Do I need to press Save?
- No. Each choice saves immediately, and you will see Preferences updated.
- Can I switch languages before signing in?
- Yes. Public pages and the sign-in page have an English / Español switch at the top.
