Why does exercise audio sometimes not start automatically?

Many browsers block audio until you interact with the page. Tap the speaker icon to play it.

Can I slow the audio down?

Yes. The introduction player has Audio speed options of 0.5×, 0.75×, and 1×, and Langsly remembers your choice.

Your browser may have blocked audio from starting on its own. Tap the play or speaker button, check your volume, and try again.

Tap the button yourself. Lesson introductions never start on their own: select Listen to introduction or Play audio. For exercises, tap the speaker icon next to the prompt.
Check that your device is not muted and the volume is up, including the volume of the browser tab.
If you see This audio could not be played, select Restart audio or reload the page.
Check your internet connection. Audio streams from Langsly while you learn.
If the audio still will not play, open Transcript under the introduction audio to read the same content.
