How do I install Vocab Pass and connect it to my account?
Vocab Pass supports Chrome on desktop and Firefox on desktop or Android. After you add it to your browser, connect it to your Langsly account with a one-time connection code.
How to do it
- Add the Vocab Pass extension to a supported browser: Chrome on desktop, Firefox on desktop, or Firefox for Android.
- Open the Vocab Pass extension and select Connect Langsly account. A Langsly page opens with your connection code.
- Sign in to Langsly if asked. On the Connect Vocab Pass page, check the request and select Approve.
- When you see Vocab Pass is connected, select Return to browsing. Your Langsly words sync to the extension.
- If the page did not open, go to Vocab Pass > Extension in Langsly, select Enter connection code, type the code, and choose Review.

- Where do I get the extension?
- Vocab Pass supports Chrome on desktop and Firefox on desktop and Android. If you cannot find it for your browser, email [email protected] and we will point you to the right download.
- How do I stop Vocab Pass on a website?
- Turn off Active on this site in the extension, or add the site in the Whitelist tab of Vocab Pass in Langsly. Words are not replaced on those sites.
- Does it run on banking or password pages?
- No. Sensitive-page protection is always on for sign-in, banking, payment, government, health, legal, password-field, and browser pages.
